New Brunswick is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New Brunswick follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I drove 1.5 hours from the Bronx to try Jinsoy Asian Fusion Cuisine after seeing several TikTok videos about it. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the hype. The service was disappointing and much slower than expected. The drinks were the biggest letdown of the night and lacked both quality and flavor. The food was decent, but nothing special, and several dishes were much spicier than anticipated. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but overall, I don’t feel the long drive was worth it. If you're planning to travel a significant distance to eat here, I would suggest thinking twice before making the trip.

Just went and got the meal I had been anticipating whole week. Day alone so one meal with noodles, one beef and family soup bowl with a drink costed me $80.. Sipped the soup....flavour I can't guess as it was salt poison basically and nothing tasted but the soy sauce...tried finding the chicken or veggies but all I got was herbs. Now the noodles...Ketchup? Really? and they were stale and off so after one bite didn't take the risk. The beef was the only thing edible...not bad but not worth the trip or money. Now the "Mojito"....interesting. bottled lemonade, melted ice and 5 mint leaves floating on top. I dont know what happened.I had been a big supporter of this place but the lack of respect for food and client is shameful.

I have been here twice and both times I had a terrible experience. First time there was mold in the dessert and it came to us frozen. We informed the restaurant about it and they took it back. Then, we had to ASK them to take the charge of the dessert off of the receipt. This time, the dynamite cauliflower was good. The thai vegetarian green curry was not good. Rice was hard on top and softer below it. I hurt my tooth badly when accidentally biting a piece of hard rice. I tried my best to avoid it, but alas the rice won. The rice was the same for the thai chicken green curry. The chicken was HARD?? The curry made us nauseous. Same with the vegetarian version. The vegetables were such a weird texture. Could not take it in boxes. We paid $80 for this inedible food. I hate to say that about food in general, but we had to waste it and the money. 18% gratiuity for 2 or more people is upsetting when we had to ASK them to take the moldy food away and take it off of our bill. Would not come again. Shouldn’t have come after the mold in the dessert. Food was good that time so we tried to give it another shot; regretting that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Jinsoy in New Jersey! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality in every dish. A special thank you to Rakshit for his excellent customer service. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for us. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Jinsoy if you’re looking for great Chinese cuisine and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back.

Jinsoy was fine overall, but not really somewhere I feel the need to go back to for the food. It was missing a bit of flavor for me and didn’t feel very authentic, especially compared to other Asian spots in the area. I really like spicy food and asked for it spicy, but it honestly wasn’t spicy at all, which was a letdown. That said, the menu has a lot of options, so I can see this being a decent place for a birthday or group outing, where people want variety more than authenticity. The ambiance is nice, the service was good, and I did enjoy the cheesecake. Overall, it’s more of a vibe and social spot than a place I’d go to specifically for the food.
